Bumper Grain Harvest Expected in China

HARBIN, Oct. 3, 2011 (Xinhua) — Farmers harvest rice at a farm in northeast China’s Heilongjiang Province. Heilongjiang Province is expected to achieve bumper harvests of 57.5 million tonnes this year if no severe natural disasters happen in the following period, according to the agricultural department of the province.
